SMS Feature

How many of you are aware that you could message your friend on Street Crime direct to his / her mobile phone, in a few clicks?

Purely out of interest, we wonder why very few people use this service. We think its actually pretty useful, especially if your friends with someone in the game, but not outside of the game and they are offline.

Leave your thoughts below.

its not so necessary that the sms features is only for membership scheme, maybe it could be sell as credit item on game credit page or auction as reasonable price

Possibly not a bad idea EL. I think there's a market for the use of them. I just think it won't be realised until kill is out and people are more frantically playing against one another.

I sure did make this topic solely to try and find out what the players perspective on the use of the SMS messages was.

deja vu

im in england the player in holland is an hr in front but may not be able to access game at the time
if i sent a msg to a player the US they are atleast 5hrs behind (could be 2-4am there) not much help with an sms/email & vice versa if the player was in australia 11hrs in front.

i would say a few of us have played games where we have had to call crewmates/team etc onto game to defend/protect/attack etc..
if people want that then great..
but the title of this post is asking why so few use the option.
if it was free i am sure it would used alot more.
