some kind of natural disastors. Earthquakes, hurricans, lightening storm. u could tweak around with the normal events and make them less often but include the above which could damage turf similar to car bomb ( interms of more than 1 building and possibley high damage ) maybe 1 or 2 times a week these happen. and they could be city specific. so any1 in tokyo next thursday will be hit with an earthquake. |

IMHO a 1 in 24 chance of a fire a day isnt too bad odds. Inactive turfs ... with damage ... + 10% of repair costs recurring ? ie: 100K repair costs Day 1 ... 110K ................... Day 2 .... 121K ................... Day 3 and so on .... % rate of your choice, obviously, but remains at that rate. Daily could be changed to Weekly. |

As always thanks for all the ideas, keep them coming in. We always read this topic, so its a great way for us to discuss ideas. One thing id like to get you all thinking about is the possibility of changing the way the damage sytem works for your turf. This I mean in terms of the random events, as lets face it, having a fire daily is very unlikely. So lets here your ideas of ways we could improve this area of the game. Keeping in mind that whatever replaces plotevents would still have to incur some kind of cost for in-activity. |

Sorry for all the ideas, i should have done them all at the same time, Another idea is with regards to the brothel, when you do a crime that involves some sort of hitting a pimp why not make it against a random player that does have a brohel, that way it makes it more intresting to play but also a option to try and entice hookers away from other players,, Again i know it needs alot of refining but just a idea |
I support both of Dragon Ryujin's suggestions. If his city specific crime idea gets accepted I'd like to suggest coffeeshop robbery in Amsterdam.  |

I know this idea is a long shot due to the coding involved, what about having to do diffrent crimes dependent on the place you are in, like a speical crime per city, like moscow, drink smuggling, las vegas maybe something like a mob based crime and so on, this way it gives people something new to aim for?, I understand that this is not the best set out idea but i hope you get the basic idea. |

09 Nov 2010 07:45:40, Dragon Ryujin When you upgrade your houses,flats, there should be something there to be able to say how much that upgrade will increase your rent by I think this is a great idea! No-one knows the answer to this either, it would be very helpful!! |

RIGHT...I am fed up of being a big-headed Mexican with a dog! What about having some way of 'cartooning yourself' (there are plenty of programs out there that do this) as an avatar? Or at least lets have the old ones back while it's sorted out. My old dupe one was hot - except for her pigeon toes! In any case, I don't want to be some kind of window-licking potato-head person as my avatar! Please admin! Sort it out!!  |
