Refund policy

This policy explains how to report a payment problem, cancel future membership renewals and ask us to review a refund for Street Crime digital content.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to digital purchases supplied by DHEWY LTD through Street Crime, including game credits, premium membership and other virtual items. It should be read with the Terms of Service and the information shown at checkout.

Report a payment problem promptly

Contact us promptly if a payment was duplicated or unauthorised, the wrong amount was charged, the purchased content did not arrive, or digital content is faulty or not as described. We will investigate the account, payment provider reference and delivery records and will correct, replace or refund the purchase where appropriate.

Digital content and cancellation

Credits and virtual items are normally supplied immediately after payment. Where you expressly request immediate supply of digital content, your statutory right to cancel can be affected once supply begins. This does not remove your rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

If you bought content by mistake, contact us before using or transferring it. We consider requests fairly, including whether the content remains unused and whether it can be removed without affecting other players or the game economy. Content that has already been spent, transferred or consumed will not normally be refundable unless the law requires it or the content was faulty.

Recurring membership

You may cancel a recurring membership through the payment provider or the cancellation method shown with the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a membership period already supplied. If a renewal was taken after an effective cancellation, or there is another billing error, contact us so we can investigate.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. We may remove the credits, membership time or virtual items connected with a refunded payment and may temporarily restrict related content while an active payment dispute is investigated.

Payment disputes

Contact us first where possible because many delivery and billing problems can be resolved quickly. Starting a chargeback does not remove your legal rights, but the payment provider controls its dispute process and may reverse the transaction while evidence is reviewed. We will not penalise a player merely for making a genuine complaint.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to digital content under UK consumer law. If this policy gives less protection than a mandatory law that applies to you, that law takes priority.
