Fair play
Player rules
Street Crime is a fictional criminal world played by real people. These rules protect fair competition, player safety and the shared game economy.
Who can play
You must be at least 16 to create or use a Street Crime account. One real person may use only the number of accounts expressly allowed by the game. Do not share, lend, buy, sell or transfer an account, and do not use another person's account.
Play fair
- Do not use bots, macros, scripts, auto-clickers, modified clients or other automation to play or gain an advantage.
- Do not exploit a bug, race condition, payment error or unintended game behavior. Stop and report it privately instead of demonstrating it to other players.
- Do not interfere with the service, evade limits, probe another account, distribute malware or attempt to obtain passwords or security PINs.
- Do not coordinate accounts, shared connections, middlemen or transfers to evade account, trading, click or game-economy restrictions.
Protect accounts
Use a unique password and keep your PIN private. Staff will not ask for your password. Do not impersonate staff, operate phishing pages, ask another player for login details or knowingly receive assets taken from a compromised account. Report suspicious contact promptly.
Respect the real people playing
In-game crime, rivalry, robbery and conflict are fictional game mechanics. They do not excuse real harassment. Do not make credible threats, promote hatred, target protected characteristics, sexually harass somebody, stalk them, reveal private information, or encourage self-harm or real-world violence.
Competitive talk and roleplay are allowed, but repeated unwanted contact, attempts to follow somebody outside the game, or conduct intended to make a real person feel unsafe are not. Use block and report tools where available and contact staff for serious or urgent issues.
Content rules
- Do not post illegal content, sexual content involving anyone under 18, malware, scams or instructions intended to compromise the service or another person.
- Do not post another person's private information or image without a lawful reason and their permission.
- Do not infringe copyright, impersonate another person or falsely present yourself as Street Crime staff.
- Do not spam messages, forums or chat, and do not advertise unrelated services, real-money trading, referral schemes or competing games without permission.
Trading and the game economy
Use the trading and transfer tools provided by Street Crime and check the details before confirming. Game cash, credits, vehicles, items and accounts must not be exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, goods or services outside an authorised Street Crime purchase. Staff may reverse unfair gains, duplicated assets or transfers connected with abuse.
Reports and staff decisions
Make reports honestly and include relevant evidence. Do not knowingly file false reports, edit evidence to mislead staff or organise mass reporting. Keep security vulnerabilities and sensitive evidence out of public chat and send them directly through the Contact page.
Follow reasonable instructions from authorised staff while an incident is handled. You may calmly ask for a decision to be reviewed through the Contact page. Public abuse, threats, bribery or attempts to evade a restriction will not improve an appeal.
How rules are enforced
Depending on seriousness and context, action can include advice, a warning, content removal, reversal of unfair gains, feature restrictions, temporary suspension or permanent account closure. Severe cheating, account compromise, credible threats, unlawful content or attempts to harm the service can lead to immediate restriction. Evading an action through another account may result in further action.
Rule updates
The game and its risks change over time, so these rules may be updated. The review date at the top identifies the current version. If a material change affects how players may use the service, we will give reasonable notice where practical.
