| Make Bullet factories only buy able for crews. The reason why is because if a player gets a factory it'll make them super rich and even if you try to take the factory they may have thousands of bullets... |

well since i was cleaning out one of my garages of stolen cars it dawned on me that you could also add a chop shop that can be upgraded so we can ship cars through the sea ports i was talking about before in earlier ideas  |
