Keep your account secure, treat other players' claims carefully and use the private support route when a problem involves personal account information.
What age is Street Crime for?
Street Crime is recommended for players aged 16 or over. Its fictional criminal theme, player conflict and community interaction are not designed for younger children.
How do I protect my account?
Use a unique password, keep access to your email secure and never share login details or security codes. DHEWY LTD does not need your password to investigate a support request.
What if I cannot log in?
Use the password recovery route for the email attached to your newest character. If recovery does not solve the problem, contact support privately and do not post personal account information in public messages.
How should I contact support?
Use the contact form with a clear description of what happened and when. Include the character name when useful, but never send a password, recovery token or payment details in the message.
