How to make a fictional wanted poster that tells a story

Lead with a readable alias

Choose a name that still works at thumbnail size. A short alias gives the poster a strong visual centre and lets the character feel recognisable in a game session or story outline.

Use the role as context

"Wheelman", "fixer" or "midnight broker" tells the audience what the character contributes. It is more useful than adding a long biography to an image.

Make the reward fictional

Credits, reputation points or an invented currency keep the prop inside its fictional world. The reward line is display text and does not promise a real payment.

Write one intriguing detail

A calling card should open a story rather than finish it. Hint at a habit, secret, debt or contradiction that another player or writer can pick up.
