How do I join a crew?

On first login, Vinnie's walkthrough shows up to five eligible recruiting crews. You may send a free application or skip and play first. You can also read staff-approved public recruitment pitches and current in-game crew profiles. An application does not join you automatically: the crew leader decides whether to accept it, and the crew must still have room.

Can my crew publish a recruitment page?

The current crew boss can write or withdraw a public pitch from the crew control panel. Staff review the description, requirements and optional allowed social links before publication; an edit goes back for review. A page appears only while the boss is active, the crew is recruiting and it has space. Keep private plans, roster details and chat off the public page.

What is organised crime?

Organised crime is a coordinated activity involving crew members and the requirements shown on its game screen. The leader needs the right participants and preparation. Availability, roles, rewards and timers should be checked live before arranging a run.

Can I create my own crew?

When your character meets the current requirements, crew creation and management options become available in game. Leading well also means recruiting carefully, setting expectations and accepting responsibility for shared crew decisions.

What is Domination?

Domination is an ongoing competition for districts in each city. Individual district bosses add to their crew's city total, and the top three crews take hourly positions and shared lead rewards. It is not currently a completed-season championship. Read the Domination and city control guide for the board, eligibility and City Don rules; the live board shows today's positions and rewards.

Can I plan a fictional crew before joining?

The public gang-name generator makes names for fictional groups, while the hierarchy builder helps arrange invented roles. These are creative planning tools: they do not create a crew, grant rank or enroll members. Use the actual recruiting page and normal application flow when you want to join the multiplayer game.
