Texas Hold'em is now live in Street Crime. Players can create or join four-seat poker tables in every city, put Street Crime cash into the pot and face three other characters across a complete hand. This is one of the biggest new gameplay systems to reach the browser gangster game in years.

Texas Hold'em, played properly

Each player receives two private hole cards before the flop, turn and river place five community cards on the table. Build the strongest five-card hand you can, or convince everyone else that you already have it. Check, call, raise, fold or push all-in when it is your turn, with the dealer button and blinds moving the action around the table.

Your own cards remain visible to you and hidden from everyone else. At showdown, the remaining hands are revealed and ranked from high card through to a royal flush. That ties every busy table back into Domination: a strong poker scene creates another reason to hold territory, defend it and care who owns the streets around the casino.

All-ins, side pots and safe settlement

A proper poker game has to handle the difficult hands as well as the easy ones. Players can commit their remaining cash with an all-in even when stacks are uneven. The table separates the main pot from any side pots, keeps deeper stacks betting through later streets and pays each winner only the pot they were eligible to contest.

Cash committed when creating or joining a table is secured in the pot. Uncalled portions are returned, completed hands leave a permanent result, and a stale or repeated move cannot spend the same cash or pay the same pot twice. If a waiting table breaks up before the deal, the money still returns to the players it belongs to.

More than another casino screen

Texas Hold'em expands what players can do together in Street Crime.
