Property and businesses can produce value, but ownership puts assets into a competitive world where maintenance, defence and timing matter.
What is turf?
Turf is your city estate of numbered sites, shown as a street map where every building stands on its own lot. Select a site or building there to inspect it, and look over a rival's street the same way when you visit. Follow the linked first-property turf walkthrough from an open site through building and collecting rent.
How do businesses work?
On your turf's street map, select an Available site and choose Build here, then pick a building. When construction finishes, select the building for its actions. Rent-producing buildings show a ready amount that you can collect into character cash; other businesses have separate management choices. The linked turf guide shows the map steps and screenshots.
Can turf be attacked?
Yes. Rival players can attack turf. Heavies defend the whole estate, while damaged buildings can need a quoted cash repair and a repair timer. Read the current attack and repair screens before committing resources.
Is property guaranteed profit?
No. Purchase cost, ongoing decisions, player demand, competition and the risk of conflict all matter. Treat an asset as part of a strategy, not as a guaranteed return.
